THE LIZZY ADAMS INITIATIVE
For too long, the challenges facing girls and young women have been overlooked. Many have been held back by societal norms that have silenced their dreams and ambitions. At the Lizzy Adams Initiative, we are changing that narrative.
We believe that every girl has a voice, a dream, and a story that deserves to be heard. Our mission is to create a world where girls and women are empowered to reach their full potential—breaking barriers, pursuing their dreams, and living their best lives.
Our platform is designed to:
-
Empower girls and women through skill-building, mentorship, and education.
-
Inspire them to dream big and unlock opportunities to achieve their career and personal goals.
-
Create a safe space where girls can express themselves, advocate for issues that matter to them, and serve as role models for the next generation.
Through the Lizzy Adams Fan Club, we foster a supportive, uplifting community where members can learn, grow, and thrive. Our programs and activities offer girls and women the tools they need to develop life skills, build meaningful relationships, and explore new opportunities.
Our brand stands for breaking the silence—because every girl and every woman has the power to change her story and inspire others to do the same. Together, we amplify voices, shift mindsets, and create a future of possibility and greatness for all.
The Lizzy Adams Initiative: Where Voices Rise and Dreams Become Reality.

CEO & Founder of the Lizzy Adams Initiative
Mrs. Ibitola Ojoye-Adebayo, CEO and Founder of the Lizzy Adams Initiative, is a UK-based, multi-award-winning author with a passion for storytelling and advocacy. Her literary journey began with the success of her debut novel, Acceptance, and its powerful sequel, Acceptance Into Darkness, which brought her into the spotlight in 2014. Through her books, Ibitola has built a loyal and rapidly growing fan base, captivated by her ability to tackle complex social issues through engaging narratives.
Driven by a deep commitment to empowering girls and women, Ibitola created the Lizzy Adams Initiative, a project inspired by her young adult novel, My Name is Lizzy Adams. This book, the first in the Lizzy Adams Boarding Mysteries series, serves as both a voice for the voiceless and a call to action to change harmful mindsets that have long limited girls' potential.
Ibitola believes that storytelling is a powerful tool for transformation. Through the Lizzy Adams Initiative, she strives to provide young girls and women with opportunities to build their confidence, develop essential skills, and pursue their dreams fearlessly.
Her mission is clear: to create a world where no girl is silenced and where every girl is empowered to tell her story and live her best life.
Admired by women of all ages, Ibitola inspires older women to approach life with confidence and resilience, while serving as a relatable role model for young girls. Her dedication, compassion, and vision continue to light the path for many, proving that with the right support and encouragement, every girl can rise to greatness.
"We are building a future where girls are not just seen, but heard
where their dreams are not just imagined, but realized."
